Mid-80s and sunny, with isolated thunderstorms and humidity so thick you choke when you walk outside?
Loading heavy furniture on the back of pick-up trucks?
Driving .98 of a mile across town only to unload it again?
Now THAT’s community.
[Update: The isolated thunderstorms became very un-isolated during the night and through the early morning, so the pick-ups were soaking wet. We ended up renting a 17-foot truck instead, which made the move faster. But it was unbearably humid. Special thanks to those few who braved the nastiness to sweat alongside us.]
